Working with the Page Designer

Minimum VersionIvantiNeurons for ITSM 2024.3.

Use the Page Designer to edit page design and configure page elements for IvantiNeurons for ITSMSelf Service.

To open the Page Designer:

1.Log in to Neurons for ITSMSelf Service portal, and then change the role to Administrator.

2.Click Edit Page at the top right of the window. The Page Designer opens.

3.Use the Page selector to select the page you want to edit.

4.Use the View selector to view the page in Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet design mode.

5.Click the following tabs to customize the workspaces.
